新家，新开始，我的东京候鸟生活

　　离开了工作至今的公司，为了方便通勤，也考虑到父母过来玩的话不想让他们和我挤一间，于是咬咬牙搬出了生活了两年多的地方，在东京23区（其实已经快到埼玉県了）找了套UR的房子，前后折腾了一个多月，花掉了我差不多所有的现金储备，总算暂时安顿了下来。

　　UR就是旧公团，相当于国家公房，只要有稳定的收入（月收入高于房租的4倍），正当的职业，谁都可以申请，先到先得，不需要担保人（这点对我来说太重要了）。3个月押金，8过我一下子拿不出那么多现金，就申请了分期付款（2年还清，无息），接下来资格审核，差不多等了2个星期，就拿到钥匙了。

　　UR的房子除了厨房system和卫浴，不配备任何家具家电，全部都要自己添置，而且搬走时也不能留任何东西（包括空调），所以原先的住处光是扔东西都花掉了我1万多日币（泪……）

　　房龄和我一样大的新家（默……），将近9万日币/月，包括管理费，对我来说也是比不小的负担。

　　p.s.我拿不到国内的工资，所以这里就不每次都换算成RMB了，100日币->6.5RMB，差不多这个汇率。

　　房子结构很简单，1间4贴半+1间6贴+厨房兼饭厅，总共45平米

　　（1贴=1.5平米好像）

　　想吃家乡菜应该是全球通用的吧，呵呵……

　　在国内住的离宜家很近，没事就爱往那里跑，啥也不买看看也好的。到了日本，一样改不了爱跑生活馆的习惯，喜欢实用的小设计。

　　我不喜欢租私人房子也有一个原因，即使你拼命把房子打扫的很干净，房东还是会想尽办法扣你的押金，而我这次从住了2年多的UR里搬出来，只扣了5千日币（榻榻米的损耗那是没办法的），只要你遵守游戏规则，制度还是比较宽松的。

　　当当当……这次添置的唯一一件家电登场，原来的那台双门小冰箱运作起来像打雷，蔬菜冷藏室放2天都能结成冰，终于忍痛扔了（4000日币处理费，真的很痛！！！），换了台大家伙，6万日币，最底下的蔬菜室，可以放足一星期的量。

　　能找到免费回收的都已经很不错了，也找过打着免费旗号的小喇叭，结果总是找各种名目要收钱，态度差得不是一点点，再加上离搬家期限越来越近，也就只能直接找回收机构付费处理了。

　　操作的时候会提示音的热水器，很贴心的设计，如果说的是中文就更好了（某人要求太高）

　　厨卫到此结束，日本已经11点了，第二天还要上班，房间明天中午再发吧。

　　回来了，用来做客厅的房间，7个平米左右。父母来的话我就打算睡这里了，把桌子腿折起来可以收到一边。也没有买沙发椅子之类，铺块厚垫子冬天就直接坐地上了。

　　房间的另一角，放当季外套毛衣的小衣橱（宽只有60cm）和书橱。

　　组装书橱和朋友一起花了3个小时，累个半死。最喜欢前面的移门，只是东西没那么多，还空了不少。

　　终于可以睡床了（望天……），终于可以不在饭桌上用电脑了（继续望天……），书桌也是折叠式的，椅子则不惜血本，能舒服得坐着太重要了。
