have sore nipples. did u use lansinoh after EVERY nurisng? that helps to make your nipples feel better and PREVEND sore nipples.

if your breasts are too full, express some milk out, then only start to nurse, that could prevend forceful letdown. baby hates forceful letdown because he is too young to handle the sudden hugh flow of milk pour into his throat which makes him chokes.
