不爱吃米饭和面条的宝宝.

我发现我家宝宝不把米饭和面条当主食。比其它们，她更爱肉和蔬菜。如果我不提醒她吃米饭，她会只吃肉和蔬菜。

宝宝爱自己吃饭，不太肯让我喂。

请问我是不是该让她少吃肉和蔬菜，而多点米饭和面条？
