I had the same experience two years ago. But it lasts for a couple of hours only -- starting from midnight until six o'clock in the morning. It was very painful, but once the large tissue came out, the pain just magically disappeared. I didn't even take any pain killer. Your situation sounds much worse than mine. I would suggest you go to your doctor.
