I guess you are in the los angeles area. I think it's worth the money to pay for 月子餐 ($1800 for 30 days). Oh by the way, I haven't given birth yet, but i heard the food doesn't taste that great.

For me, my parents-in-law are here to help. I think that's enough. I'm not sure about 月嫂 because it totally depends on if this 月嫂 is good or not.
