td (破伤风),MMR(麻疹,腮陷炎,风疹)

If you didn't have Chichenpox when you were young you also need that. MMR and Chichenpox definitely is harmful to the fetus.
You could get all the vaccines from your own doctor and bring the record to the immigration physical doctor. (this could save some money because your insurance cover these vaccine).

Usually before or right after you are pregnant you should have blood test to show if you are immuned to MMR or chickenpox. If you are immuned then you don't need all these vaccines.
