$1,000 a month plus room and board and a ticket. her job including: grocery, helping me with cleaning, and playing with baby (go to parks, summer concerts, and shopping with me). Monday - Friday. weekend she is free playing in the city on her own.
fist time use a nanny and for me it is a transition - I need to start to let go my control and trust other people to take care of my baby:)
