that means she is lying too? is she breathing ok?

i dare not nurse while lying down cause my baby seems to have difficulty to breath. she even had milk flew down from her nose.

forceful letdown means your milk flow too fast, your baby have problem to handle the sudden amount of milk pouring down her throat, she couldn't breath, thus pushing you away.
