my H1B will expires on Nov. 1st, 2007. i came to US with H1B from China on Dec. 24, 2001 and started to work on Jan 3rd 2002. my h1b notice issued on Oct.17, 2001. there was 74 days without any payment. i went back to china for 30 days last year. Can i add those 104 days on my H1b status peroid automatically without doing anything? i want told my boss to count my time limit is 104+240 days from Nov. 1st, 2007. THANKS.
