Should we file a WOM?

我们的case情况是Eb1b :PD, 07/19/05, AP I140 01/06/, 1st FP 08/05,
2nd FP 05/07, 03/07 our case were transfered to TSC from VSC.

7，8月份两次Inforpass都说name checking pending，给First Lady, Senate写信，无回音。在我们后面file的几个朋友基本上都绿了，这心里真有些不平衡。敬请这里的朋友帮忙想想办法，我们还能做些生么？Thanks a lot.
