请问我的case

我目前的身份是F1。我和老公2005年一起递交了绿卡申请，进展如下：
2005,7 I140 ;
2006,1 I140 approved;
2007, 6 I485 with EAD and AP;
2007,9.7. FP
2007,9.26 EAD card received
上网查了信息，LUD好像是９月７日，是”report to adjust status”。 我老公猜想那是我打指纹的那天。现在在等AP。
我现在住在我老公的城市，之前我们都不在一个州，因为目前正在写论文，所以就搬到他那儿去了。问题是，我的论文一下写不完，可能会拖到下学期。那我下学期的注册怎末办？我的I-20今年１２月１７ 号过期，请问我还能延吗？还需要延吗？ 如果不延，那下学期我以什么身份注册呢？最少可以注册几个学分呢。
And, Can I use EAD to work before graduation? Since I just accept an offer yesterday. And suddently realized I should ask whether I can use EAD to work BEFORE graduate.
