SOS! 求救各位大侠：485名姓颠倒，如何更正?

Filed 140/480 concurrently on July 18. Got FP notice yesterday for whole family. Noticed my son's family name and given name were reversed(I checked the original copy and confirmed it's my fault due to carelessness). My questions:
1. Do I need to file a form to correct this or just call them. What form should I use?
2. Do I need to re-schedule FP appointment, as my son's ID won't agree with the notice?
By the way, my FP date is a Tuesday. I don't want to take a day-off for this. Can we go to the office on another day, like Friday afternoon or Saturday early morning?
