请教:表妹拿到美国B1签证，没拿到加拿大的，能由美国冲关进加吗?

她说男朋友是加籍华人，她先来美国，然后男朋友到美国和他会合，在美国玩玩，然后两人再去加拿大。因为她没有去加拿大的签证，想经Baffalo冲关去加拿大，请问这样可行吗? 可能发生什么问题? 在线等。
