You seem to be fine. I submitted on May21, 2004. 140 approved on April 26, 2005, 485 is still pending.

I called USCIS and was told that the case is been touched because I just got 3rd FP done on Aug 2, 2007. It may take some months for FBI to clear everything before the case is resumed. I can do nothing at this time. But I am thinking of wrting a letter to first Lady or later a letter to First Hu*****and(Gentleman).
