When I got my RFE, I was told that further evidence needed. But

I don't remember if they say FP when they mailed me the FP notice. Anyway, does not sound like an approval notice. But again, I read some post on immigrationportal says that he got same message as state.dept, when he called USCIS he was told that it was an approval notice.
