回复：Will Conviction of Misdemeanor ruin the I485 petition?

Thank you for the resopnse. this is a shoplifting case and the court date is in one month. It most likely will be convicted as Misdemeanor.

Beacuse I had just file the I485 and even not yet received a receipt. No fingure print yet?

I am very worried that the conviction record will be permenently atay at my records.

What will be the chance that I will be denied for the status adjustment or I485 granted.

Does this also impact the other members in the family?
