fyi-wac didn't deposit $1k for PP and returned check fast

My H1B extension was approved immediately after the company lawyer sent the PP application.

I negotiated with HR to convert it to PP since there was no news after 2 months and I have travel plan which needs the approval notice.

The online update showed approval after the PP filing was sent out. CSC returned the check and our HR got it within 10 days.

So sometimes you do get money back from USCIS. This could be true for 485 waiters who just sent out ap/ead renewal before the sudden 485 approval.
