都说４８５pending１８０天后被裁员就不怕了，究竟是什么意思？
if your 140 is also approved after 180 days of 485 filing, you can switch your employer, but you have to find a similar position and stay employed in case there is RFE or local interview


如果是在用H1B签证工作，被裁员后是不是必须用EAD赶快找另外的
类似工作？
you don't have to if your new employer could sponsor your h1 so you can transfer your h1.


如果一时找不到工作也没有关系吗？
it's not big deal if you stay home briefly if there is no RFE during that time.

还可以继续等绿卡？

ideally you should find a similar position right away and file ac21----actually it's only a cover letter plus a new evl

是不是一定要申请上EAD，以防被裁员后无法工作而丢掉等待中的绿卡？
