我是H1，lg有加拿大护照，lg需要H4吗？如果不签H4,

入境后可以一直以我配偶的身份和我呆在一起吗？如果需要调整身份时，I-94表是必须的吗？那么加拿大公民没够i-94怎么办？怎么证明他在美国境内呢？不好意思，问题太多，还请大家帮忙。
