我绿卡刚批,在美国国内工作. 正准备为国内小孩FILE I-824. 请问Part 2 中的选项 C , D, 我应该选C还是 C和 D 同时选中? 谢谢



C USCIS to notify a U.S. Consulate that my status has been adjusted to permanentresident.


D USCIS to send my approved immigrant visa to the National Visa Center (NVC).
