if the information she provided was accurate:

i just found out on June VB, all rest of world EB3 cut-off date is 01JUN05, so she doesn't need a non-filipino spouse to take advantage of.

Even under the rest of world June VB, her PD was NOT current. The only explanation is her VB was current on July 1
