A HUGE Development likely in next 24 Hours

Immigration Voice core has learned that something is likely to happen in next 24 hours (or Monday) possibly to fix the issues caused by recent visa bulletin.

We have been told not to divulge details of this development.

All we can say as of now is that :

1). The solution will be announced in next 24 hours or on Monday.
2). The solution is not going to be a change in visa bulletin of July. The bulletin will most likely stay as-is. This is not about August bulletin either.
3). This fix will be of a more permenant nature and this idea has been highly popular in this community in the past.

IV has been working very hard on this and we will be very happy if this effort comes through. It will be a major victory for each and every member of this IV community.

BREAKING NEWS: USCIS EXPECTED TO BLINK, OFFER "PERMANENT" SOLUTION
I've been traveling on business today so have not been able to post as much as I would like. But a poster today asked me about a rumor regarding an imminent solution being offered on the visa bulletin mess. I have checked with a very high placed source with knowledge on what is happening behind the scenes and am told that the rumor is correct and that USCIS will very likely make an announcement either tomorrow or Monday and that, yes, the solution is expected to be one that is not a correction in the Visa Bulletin, but something of a more permanent nature. I do not have the details on what that solution would be, though I have my ideas and if it is what I'm hoping, then the news would be very good indeed. Will update as I get more news.
