请教各位, 我是今年6月份持H4签证入境的,(我妻子在美国做博士后)但落地签证官给我签的I-94表有误, 应该有效期2009年,而签证观误写2007,应该如何改正?!

千万不要自以为是签证官写错了，而误了申请extension of stay，否则就后悔莫及了。

答: 签证官是按照我入境的日期填的,这样一来我在美国只有20天的逗留时间,而H4签证似乎应该按照邀请者I-797表格上的时间决定居住时间.
