A letter from USCIS regarding 485

The preliminary process of this application has been completed. On July 2, 2007 we transferred this case to our local office to conduct the interview that is a standard part of processing this I-485 application to register permanent residence or to adjust status.

Has anyone ever got a similar letter? Does this mean the NC is clear already?
