just fyi, a lot of lawyers filed 485 to tsc although

the 485 instruction and tsc website explicitly state all eb485 goes to nsc.
I know some applicants took the risks to send their 485 to tsc recently.

but it's your own call to see if you want to have a pd of one month earlier
