cis doesn't have mechanism to deposit part of your amount

so if any of your forms has major problem and has to be rejected, cis will return the whole package.

that's why accountable lawyers usually send separate checks for every single applicant, and every single application. A reliable lawyer would use 6 checks for a couple if there are 6 forms.

if all your documents are perfect, no need to worry about.
