1.are you eligible to apply the stamping in case your 485 is approved right after you leave US.
2. even if you have your h1b stamped, are you able to enter US with this H1 visa? For my understanding, the inspector could tell your gc was issued from the computer.
In that case, would the inspector allow you to enter with a copy of your 485 approval notice mailed from US?
