How to file I-130 for my husband?

My hu*****and has his EB2 with I-140 approved . His I-485 has been pendding for about 4 years since then. Recently, I got my Green Card. So, I want to file an I-130 for him.
I hope this could help his I-485 move …
How could I file I-130 for him?
