XiaoBaiTu: Please help!!!

SInce my attorney raised the filing fee of 485 for my daughter, I decided to do it myself. Do I need to get my 485 receipt before I can file my daughter's? My attorney said YES while somebody else said no. I really want to get the correct answer. Thanks a lot.
