白兔, 射线: 这个指摸还需要再打吗?

最近搬家, USCIS 的 BIOMETRIC NOTICE 没有收到. US POST SERVICE RETURNED IT TO USCIS. 我的律师在本月初把他收到的NOTICE 给我去打完了手印. USCIS 现在又把这个退还NOTICE再寄来, 我还用不用再打这个手印哪? 上次的手印难道USCIS没有收到?
