You have to call them and explain. Meantime get help from some local congressman or senate if possible....


I have a question:
How did you inform INS your address change. How long it takes to transfer of you I-485 file from Vermont Center to Texas Center?

My I-140 (NIW) was approved and I have my 485 in pending at Texas center and now I moved to Michigan.
I have not inform my address change. [Still use my friend's address in Florida]

I am worry about the potential significant delay for the case transfer...if I inform the INS about the address changes.
