请问xiaobaitu,我们的绿卡是不是没戏了

我和我老公2004年file的485，EB3, 现在485 pending. 一直觉得没什么问题，可是最近突然想起来我老公在刚来美国的大约2年里（2001-2002），一直在现在的公司以f2的身份打工，而且他们公司给他上了税（很可笑）。当时一直觉得没什么，现在发现移民局很容易查到。我们被拒的可能性是不是很大呀，我们是不是得办个加拿大移民准备着？被拒了是不是就回不来了？多谢多谢！！！
