d_outside was right about it. The USCIS runs its own background check for the 485 applicants. It is a routine check which happens every 2 months and the check is based on the information provided in the G325. They sends out the "security check" requests to FBI, which doesn't include your G325 information. At least this is what I was told at the inforpass.
