3.5 years back, I was stuck in China 4 months

at that time, the company was laying off a lot of people. I had to write to my boss from China and told him it was OK to be laidoff since I was no way to get back soon...blah blah.. but my boss said he would not layoff me while I was in big trouble... sigh...
