many ways you can try

1.You can call the service center who deals with your case (if you're lucky to get a good representative to check the case for you, then this is the fastest way)

2.you can file referral at national customer service (this is most official way, but the reponse usually comes two, three months later in the mail)

3. you can go to infopass (it is fast too, but some infopass doesn't have much information of your case either)

4. write first lady (sometimes it works, but reponse comes two, three months later)

5. write local congressman (same as 4)
