Once a LC get approved, DOL will mail anotice with several green papers which are printed in both side to the application. All the green papers are the information which the client lawyer put in the ETA 9089 form. So, when the client file 140, he or she must attach the notice and the green papers to USCIS.
So, the eta 9089 includs many personal information,that is why others but the client can not use it
