我以J1签证进来，后在境内转为H1b,所以有H1批准书，但无H1b签证章。只凭H1批准书（I-797A 含I94)， 就可返回吗?
有朋友说可以，也确有人这样做了没事。我觉得不行，I485有关说明如下: (Page 6)
