H1B不幸被解雇，老板答应hold住最后一张payroll check直到我找到新工作，这是不是没有out of status.找到新工作是不是可以TRANSFER. 我是说比如一，俩个月后才找到工作， 还可以TRANSFER吗？急得都没了主意，请大家帮忙。
