BTW, do not equate arrest in US with arrest in China

These are almost 2 different things.

In US, you can easily get arrested. For example, failure to pay traffic tickets for long period. Failure to appear in Court. But after arrest, you can pay fine and walk away. You can get legel service in your case.

For once I got arrested without my knowledge, my driver license was suspended due to missing emission test.I was given ticket on site and was put on bond of $2k. I did not know until my atteney told me that I was arrested. Before appearing in court, I drive around as usual. Later in court, I paid up fine ($200)and got my license back and walked away

In China, what can I say, just do not get arrested
