these are the kind of organizations called "Nobody care organizations". They do not have any influence on US policy making process. Most of US citizens are not aware of their existance. US policy makers (white house and congress) rarely give damn to what they said. They have presence in US. In US mainstream media, they did not have big voice. They represent left-wing thinking in Europe which love and prompt socialism. If it was up to them, they would probably tear down the whole US country and rebuild it.

In China-US communications, I found that most of time Chinese intreprets anything written in English as US media and labelled Anyone who has job in a college or univerisity as expert. They do not have the slightest idea of where and how those articles or persons are related to US mainstream.

Misreading by China on Western and US is very common and without being corrected. It caused a lot of wrong impressions on Chinese readers. This happens on western side too.

So this title 美专家, as trival as it sound, would give people impression of "this is how Americans think"

In fact, this is an opinion by tiny European left-wing group that most of Americans disagree with on most of issues
