there is no way to travel alone as a woman in Saudi. you have to have A Male Companion to travel with, and have to covered by black.:) otherwise,you will meet big troubles. also you won't easy to have a visa as a traveler.
there is on constitution for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Holy Qur'an (可兰经) is their Constitution.

Anyway, there is not a heaven for female.
