现在找工还有邮寄CV的吗

前两天一个朋友帮我介绍了一个实验室的工作. 老板是她的好朋友. 不过让我邮寄给她CV, 我在纳闷, 为什么不用EMAIL呢?

大家找工的时候是用EMAIL还是MAIL?
