as I said, you are sure your job is secure for +2 years then, it should not be a problem.

econominc 失业率 doesn't play big role in personal inverstment.

the inflation plays part when decide the affordability of the monthly payments. as I said, if you can afford it, it is better to buy than rent, the longer the better.
