It is a terrific deal using BofA Int'l ATM network - as it means you can make small withdrawals as needed. Otherwise the fees really add up quickly. Though some may not care and consider an additional 3-4% expenses just a necessary devil when travel.

However, if such fees can be avoided, I would make an effort to avoid it.
