We realized that we actually didn't like the river/jungle environment at all. The very murky, Mud color waterbody simply does not appeal to us. Watching the wildlife in the jungle sounded very exciting, while actually doing it, offered very little reward - very tough environment - wet, humid, hot, yucky ground, with very few sighting for several hours hike...

Watching documentaries are a lot more fun than the actual thing. I know it is paradoxical - but you would not see anything as close up and as clear as you can see on TV - for all those exotic places.
