Of course when compared to Vancouver, it is still much better.

Still, you dont want to be in Paradise and being rained everyday!

Early Spring this year they had so much rain, there were lots of road damage in Kauai. The heavy rain caused sewage breakage in Oahu and beach contamination - that was between Mar and Apr this year.
