Island of the sky or The Needles?

Hi, Dears,

Due to my tight schedule, I can only go one place of Canyonland NP. Which one do your guys recommend, Island of the sky or The Needles? I will visit one of these and then go to Arches NP at afternoon and wait for sunset at Delicate Arch. I need to reserve the hotel either Moab or Monticello according to visit Island of the sky or The Needles?
Any suggestion? Thanks a lot.
