我父母11月要过来游玩一月. 请教各位如何才能去参观白宫和国会山

我听说参观券不再是一早去门口拿了, 而是要通过住家所在地的congressman提前定, 不知道是不是这样操作. 我在网上查了, 却不得要领. 哪位朋友知道的, 请指点一二. 谢谢.
