North Cascade NP - one of the least accesible NPs

that's another reason why it's the least visited.
It's the most glaciated park in lower 48, i.e. lots of snow capped mountains.

If you like the outdoor, hiking, water sports, etc, you will be in heaven.

If I were you, I wouldn't put your eyes on National Parks only. Some state parks, national recreation areas, national forests and even city county parks in Washington state are definitely much more worthy of a visit than some national parks in rest of the country.
