About CA

I don't know where your idea of 加州工作机会少 comes from. It of course depends on the type of jobs you are looking for. In the SF Bay Area or greater LA area, there are plenty of jobs. Their salary, however, is low relative to the living expenses especially housing. But that does not mean their income is low. It's interesting that housing is expensive there but Californians probably made more money from housing than many other states.

地震: only worries those from out of states. Actually earthquake is a concern pretty much for the whole west coasters. But I don't see people quite moving to California. Californians don't even bother to run when there is an earthquake!
